This expansive venue development project will span 4 music seasons from Waterfront Concerts when completed and will be a state-of-the-art testament to the thousands of design hours we have accrued working with this visionary client. The new venue must really be experienced in person but in summary the new venue will have the following: over one hundred new plumbing fixtures, premium suite boxes (both covered and uncovered), luxury boxes with sweeping views of the venue and the Penobscot River beyond, improved seating and navigation surfaces, improved sight lines, and ADA accessibility throughout the venue.
