This project was a conversion from an office building to 18 luxury 1 and 2 bedroom waterfront residences, with each unit boasting it’s own unique layout. The amenities include a lobby lounge, gym, parking garage, and the rooftop deck with a penthouse lounge.
Located on the banks of the Kenduskeag Stream in the old Bangor Savings Bank building, this project converted dated post-modern offices into a 18 “urban chic” luxury lofts spanning 4 floors. Expansive glass offers the best views of Bangor of any downtown building; views of the Kenduskeag Stream, Downtown Bangor, and the Penobscot River beyond.
